Having you on site means the absolute world to us. The day before is yours to settle in and make the most of Guardswell before the celebrations begin.
Wednesday 26th, the day before
On-site guests are welcome to arrive from 10 am, check in is from 4 pm. Vendors will be arriving throughout the day too, as we get everything set up, so expect a little organised chaos, very much part of the fun.
Guardswell is self-catering, so please bring everything you need to feel at home. There's a small, beautifully curated shop on site with a handful of essentials, but stock up before you arrive.
We'd love some extra hands getting everything set up, and once the venue is looking beautiful we can wander round the farm together — visit the donkeys, chickens, sheep and goats, take a walk up to the swing, or grab a tea at the Boat. The best kind of pre-wedding wind-down. Accommodation check-in is from 4pm, or when your space is ready.
Wednesday evening, BBQ at the Farmhouse
Join us from 5pm for a BBQ, a chance to eat well, meet the people who matter most to us, and ease into the celebrations properly. We'll wrap up around 8pm. To ensure we get enough beauty sleep.
